Sonam Kapoor to romance Dulquer Salmaan in 'The Zoya Factor`

The film Zoya Factor is produced by Fox Star Studios and Sonam Kapoor gets the book right. A source close to the production company confirmed Dulquer Salmaan's involvement in the project.
Actor Malayalam Dulquer Salmaan, mainly seen in the Malayalam films, has been finalized as a protagonist vis-à-vis Bollywood star Sonam Kapoor for the adaptation of the author's 'Zoya-factor' to the big screen Anuja Chauhan. The love story goes later this year on the floors and will be worn by Abhishek Sharma from Tere Bin Laden's reputation.
Zoya Factor is produced by Fox Star Studios and Sonam gets the book right. A resource close to development confirmed Dulquer's involvement in the project. "He is on board, but we are going to make an official announcement about him and the movie in a week or two, we are waiting for Padmaavat (row) to rest (the film will appear on Friday) and we will announce the film," the insider told the press.
Zoya Factor tells the story of a Rajput girl named Zoya Singh Solanki who meets the Indian cricket team through her executive work at an advertising agency and eventually becomes a lucky charm for the team at the World Cup.
Cricket World 2010. Last year, at the second edition of the MAMI Word to Screen Market, Sonam confirmed that she would shine in the film. "It's a beautiful love story, it's about cricket, love and Zoya, and I'm very excited about it," said the actor.
Zoya Factor marks the second release of Dulquer Bollywood after his debut in Hindi Karwan, which is yet to appear. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, the film also shines with Irrfan Khan, Kirti Kharbanda and debutante Mithila Palkar. The film will be released at the cinema later this year.
Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan are paired opposite each other for the first time in the screen adaptation of Anuja Chauhan’s 2008 novel The Zoya Factor. The movie is slated to release on April 5, 2019.
